The company is one of the leading industrial companies in fluid handling and filtration. Headquartered in the U.S., Japan office has supplied leading brands in beverage industries.

The Role

This position covers payroll and compensation and benefit duties, including all other HR issues. Provides a wide variety of general administrative functions, including support for the HR department and its team members.
  • Payroll, Benefit operating and its development.
  • Payroll IT system and policy, compensation and benefit development and implementation.
  • Compensation Program development (design new incentive plan).
  • Organizational development such as performance management, individual employee objective setting support.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 4 years HR experience.
  • Bachelor or Master Degree is desired.
  • Experience in Japanese industry company (except IT and Finance company)
  • General knowledge of the law related with HR.
  • Basic understanding of HR system architecture.
  • Right personality to have people confidence.
  • Demonstrated ability to project manage multiple, parallel projects.
  • Motivated and motivate others by looking for challenging jobs.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with management and employee
  • Ability to design workable solutions to problems in a timely manner
  • Fluent Japanese and business level English
