The Role

This position covers payroll and compensation and benefit duties, including all other HR issues. Provides a wide variety of general administrative functions, including support for the HR department and its team members.

Payroll, Benefit operating and its development.
Payroll IT system and policy, compensation and benefit development and implementation.
Compensation Program development (design new incentive plan).
Organizational development such as performance management, individual employee objective setting support.
