You will make the entire operations more efficient by understanding the data and analyzing it, to come up with a strong optimization strategy
What You'll Do:
You will be an owner of impactful initiatives, responsible for strategic design and execution of programs.
You will conduct analysis and researches based on both qualitative and quantitative data, get into details, and identify the opportunities for improvements.
You will design, build and deploy the innovative solutions to address user's pain points and to improve the processes.
You will influence both internal and external stakeholders and collaborate across a wide variety of functions and levels.
What You'll Need
Minimum 7 year relevant experience in a fast-growing environment. Evidence of complete ownership of a multifaceted project with many stakeholders highly valued. MBA is preferred.
Strategic vision and clear framework on customer service strategies
Strong communication, presentation and organization skills - ability to reduce complex and complicated information into clear recommendations to senior leadership
Absolute team player and ability to bring different opinions to consensus
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
Balance attention to detail with swift execution
Explorer - the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data required for efficient and effective decision making is a must
Native or bilingual proficiency is ideal (English and Japanese)
