You will be responsible for all finance matters within the company; leading, directing, and controlling the entire Finance Department to ensure long-term success of the organization.
Responsible for all corporate financial functions so that financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet the organization’s short and long term business targets
Activities may include: accounting; credit control; cash flow; investment management; tax; insurance; treasury; financial control; budgeting and forecasting; and foreign exchange.
Contribute to strategic planning and decision making at the top executive level to develop and implement a strong financial strategy
Evaluate proposed business activities and transactions such as acquisitions, investments, capital expenditure, divestitures, mergers, or the sale of assets to ensure they are financially viable.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with banks, investment analysts, and other financial institutions.
Streamline finance and accounting processes: simplify processes, optimize the use of SAP in accounting and reporting, maximize results and reduce human efforts etc.
Implement internal control procedures
At least 12 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, ideally with a minimum of 5-7 years in a senior management role.
Global management experience/knowledge.
Fluent English speaker
Has experienced a Board of Director role and faced/worked with shareholders, regulators, and auditors
Controlling experiences both in balance sheet risks.
Revenue and expense control experience.
Financial project management experience
M&A and Product Launch experience
Strong negotiation skill
Restructuring experience with technical accounting technique preferred.
SAP knowledge / experience highly preferred / advantage.
Manufacturing background preferred.
