Digital marketing and sales
- Work closely with each country digital team to understand their performance marketing needs and support their growth in each of its domains.
- Mentor team members on performance marketing topics, facilitate ongoing self-learning and support the organization of the necessary trainings.
- Lead on the creation of the performance marketing strategy, the financial plan and operational plan for all existing and prospective brands.
- Contribute to the successful execution of all paid traffic acquisition activities, such as search engine advertising, social ads, programmatic, retargeting, etc
- Work collaboratively with other functional teams – marketing, crm, creative, etc. – as well as the required partners in order to optimise the performance of all initiatives.
