The Role

  • You are an aggressive self-starter who compels others to get on board. You communicate an inspired and optimistic vision and win over colleagues, customers and business partners alike with your articulate negotiating skills. You are known for your strong hunting capabilities and strategic operating skills, and you’re constantly on the lookout for prospective deals and new business opportunities. You thrive in an independent mode but also value collaboration. In addition, you have the following attributes:
  • Deep understanding of the business and technical contexts in which key accounts are situated
  • Ability to build consultative effectiveness and establish trust
  • Extensive relationships with CXO’s in the market
  • Innovative vision and foresight to anticipate and create new opportunities

Your Skills

  • 2-5 years of successful enterprise software sales
  • A proven track record of over-quota achievement
  • Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Sales Experience with Big Data, Open Source Applications, Enterprise Application Integration, Database and/or Business Intelligence software concepts and products preferred
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background
  • Native level of Japanese language skill is a must

  • 大手のお客様を担当いただくセールスを募集いたします。
  • 売り上げ計画の立案を行い、新規のお客様に対する提案、および既存顧客に対するアップセル、クロスセルを行います。
  • 提案先のほとんどはCxOクラスとなり、経営に直結する提案スキルを身につけることができます。
  • 決裁者への提案となる為、商談発生から契約までのスパンが短く、営業として数多くのクロージング経験を積んでいただけます。


  • IT業界での営業経験
  • 大手クライアントへの営業経験
  • CxOレベルの方へのアプローチ経験
  • BI, BigData, DWHなどの営業経験あれば、尚良
  • 英語スキル
