The Role

  • The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the inside sales department and lead generation process to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals and generate sales pipeline
  • This individual is responsible for overseeing that their team is effectively generating and supporting the sales opportunities of their assigned area, including effective working relationships with Channel Partners. Marketing team and driving business opportunities.
  • The Manager is also responsible for driving the professional development of their sales staff, including mentorship, training, and performance evaluation.
  • The position requires the ability to multi-task between team members in their support of different clients, partners, sales opportunities, and other initiatives.

Your Skills

  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • 8+ years inside sales experience, in which min 3 years supervisory above positon
  • Self-motivation, self-management and professionalism with advanced organizational, negotiation, problem solving skills and team building skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills especially for English, as well as excellent presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
  • Native-level Japanese skill is a must
  • English skill is a plus

  • OTE 15 – 25 million yen (7:3)

応募資格

  • 8年以上のインサイドセールス経験と、3年以上のマネジメント経験
  • 自ら考え、行動に起こすことができる方
  • IT業界での経験
  • 4年制大学卒業者
  • 英語力あれば優遇
