  • My client is fast growing Nasdaq-listed Silicon Valley tech firm enjoying double digit growth across the globe. Now in Japan, I am helping my client to build a top performing Sales team, to bring this next generation “data and machine technology solution” to the market!

The Role

  • The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation and selling our award winning software. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success selling software or services and in building beneficial, lasting relationships with customers. This position will be selling software and services as part of a team including field sales person and sales engineer into Japan geographic territory.
  • Inbound lead follow-up and status update through the company CRM system
  • Outbound prospecting/Lead generation
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Schedule product demos for qualified customers
  • Manage accounts by building and fostering client relationships through personalized contact, understanding of client’s needs, and ability to communicate solution values of products and services
  • Accurately forecast opportunities based upon realistic assessments
  • Meet/exceed assigned revenue goals

Your Skills

  • 5 years of experience in selling enterprise IT solutions
  • 2-3 years of End User Software sales experience
  • 2-3 years of experience carrying a quota
  • Consistent historic over achievement of quota in a similar position
  • Consistent track record of success in consultative sales environments
  • Consistent track record of managing sales cycle, from generating leads through closing
  • Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Native Level Japanese Communication skill is a must
  • English skill preferred

応募資格

  • 5年以上のSW業界での営業またはインサイドセールスの経験

もしくは

  • IT業界でのインサイドセールス経験者
  • 英語スキルのある方、優遇
