Focusing on new innovative products and heavily investing in Digital and Analytics. They are looking for someone who can combine strategy and action to implement the Omni-Channel strategy. - Lead and ensure the preparation and solutions assessment required for the Proof of Concept Execute
- Develop and propose the Proof of Concept and strategic road map, and ensure the execution of deliverables against agreed plans
- Propose improvements and identify Customers Journeys pain points to solve to achieve excellence in Customer Journey Experience
- Support the Program owners and teams on their understanding the business process for Customer Journey by conducting training and providing guidance in order to ensure full adoption of tools and process.
- At least 3 years of experiences of digital ecosystem integration, including end-to-end solutions
- Strong experience of marketing automation and/or Customer Journey
- Strong experience of CRM strategy building and Data Analytics
- Consumer centric mindset
