The Role

  • We are looking for Client Solution Managers to act as accountable executive and senior consultants in Japan. The ideal candidates are expected to have 8 to 15+ years of consulting, solution sales experience, who are looking for an opportunity where they can unleash their entrepreneurial spirit and grow with the company. Fluent written and spoken Japanese & English is required.
  • Client Solution Managers will have responsibility for developing and executing client development and growth strategies by having deep product knowledge and offering client account management capability under the direction of client solution managers. This position also requires to develop and execute a partnership strategy for clients.

Your Skills

  • 8 to 15+ years of consulting, solution sales experience
  • Fluent written and spoken Japanese & English is required

  • ソフトウェアのクライアント導入に向けたソリューション提案、コンサルティング会社及び主要システムベンダーへのコンサルティング及び技術支援
  • グローバルでのリーディングRPAソフトウェア製品の技術仕様の理解と日本およびアジアでの顧客のフィードバックに基づく製品へのエンハンスメント・デザイン設計
  • AI/コグニティブとRPAソフトウェアとの連携のデザイン・開発及び導入のサポート
  • 主要金融機関、製造業 官公庁等への新しいワークフローの提案

応募資格

  • コンサルティングもしくはソリューションセールスの営業経験者(8から15年)
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力、必須
