Exciting opportunity to work at an American startup company as Head of Technology!

The Role:

  • Pre-sales: present with the business development team to make a sale. Provide all the technical expertise during the sales process
  • Deployment: lead the integration teams and staff who are installing Afiniti locally
  • Production support: Lead the technical service function and staff for all accounts in the country

Key Requirements:

  • Technical degree and education preferably at the graduate level
  • Track record in call-center technical solution integration / delivery, preferably unified communication systems
  • Strong working knowledge of computer networks and computer infrastructure
  • Work with and lead offshore teams
  • Highly responsive to customer requirements / needs
  • Previous experience in fast-paced entrepreneurial roles is a plus
  • Exposure to big data and data analytics
