- Lead strategic thinking for the CRM department across all clients and client brands
- Develop comprehensive communication strategies leveraging data insights and CRM expertise to accomplish goals of conversion, engagement, and growth.
- Lead planning, execution, and communication of the results of strategic database analyses in support of Client business
- Strong quantitative problem solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using data analytic tools
- Competency with statistics
