Our client is a Global Digital Media and Strategy company handling the portfolio of the world’s leading brands. They are looking for someone to lead the CRM and Analytics team for some of their biggest clients.
- Lead strategic thinking for the CRM department across all clients and client brands
- Develop comprehensive communication strategies leveraging data insights and CRM expertise to accomplish goals of conversion, engagement, and growth.
- Delivering online and offline programs and campaigns
- Ability to create long term and short term digital roadmaps for the client and put the necessary steps in place to make them happen.
- At least 5 years’ experience within CRM and or Analytics
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong quantitative problem solving skills
- High level numeracy and analysis skills, to be able to interrogate data and coming out with actionable insights to inform business decisions.
