Are you an individual that loves hands-on working with SAP modules, and working directly in the business for the customer service domain? Our client company is seeking a CS SAP business consultant who is comfortable acting as a facilitator between regional business and global SAPCC, and who is capable of efficiently utilizing IT methodology to administer project implementation and management in CS domain.

As a Customer Service (CS) SAP business consultant, you will be responsible for solving, tracking and reporting issues with Key-users and Global SAP CC, releasing support, coordinating tests, and coordinating in between the global and local. You will be expected to handle the domains of SAP MM (PTP) or MDM; hence, experience in this field is crucial in order to apply for this position. You will also be responsible for creating new training plans, and initiating IT projects. Furthermore, our client company is seeking an individual to work within the regional SAP CC of Japan, and participate regularly in regional enhancements analysis, testing and implementation. You will be mainly dealing with SAP modules in CS, (or others – TBC), and supporting projects in CS domain. Position Responsibilities:

Daily local support:

  • You will be solving, tracking and reporting issues by collaborating and communicating with key-users and global SAP CC for CS domain

SAP release support:

  • You will be expected to understand the release content, and communicate its impacts to stakeholders

Coordination between Global and local:

  • You will be expected to follow-up after incident resolutions
  • You will, additionally, be expected to support the business in communicating the priority and contents of issues with the Global team

KU/EU training:

  • Proactively create training plans for new contents in inhouse ERP or contents relevant to particular user or team


  • Plan and implement IT projects with proper management methodology

Your Profile:

You are an individual that possesses:

  • Project management skills
  • Business process analysis skills
  • Broad understanding of IT (Specifically SAP or any other ERP/Web based intranet system experience and IT governance knowledge)
  • Substantial knowledge of similar business structure
  • Strong leadership and ownership of tasks
  • Strong command of presentation
  • Language skills: Native-level Japanese, and business-level English

You are an individual who has experience in:

  • Hands-on experience in SAP (MM) or other ERP as an internal IT member or consultant with minimum 5 years of experience
  • Full SAP cycle implementation (is considered a plus)
  • User support experience (is a plus)
  • International experience (is a plus)
