【About the Position】

  • Build and maintain insightful digital performance dashboards and run regular reports across all digital channels (Web, Mobile, Email, SNS) by using analytics systems, especially Adobe Analytics.
  • Work closely within the CRM and Consumer Engagement teams, and wider marketing team, providing data and insights that help them to plan, optimise and measure their marketing performance and web optimisation.
  • Use SQL to produce performance reports and insight.
  • Support in the creation of mobile app analytics and attribution.
  • Complete ad hoc analytics tasks as briefed by marketing and business stakeholders.
  • Pro-actively identify issues and gaps within our current tracking and work with developers to resolve them.

【Requirements】

  • Ideally coming from an online retail background with experience of working with marketing and CRM teams to drive commercial success.
  • Experience of building and updating dashboards and performance reports.
  • Able to interpret a data brief and explore data to create bespoke reports that inform and direct decision making.
  • Experience of Adobe Analytics (Omniture) a must. Comfortable with report builder, ad hoc analysis and segmentation.
  • Experience the following tools is a plus: Tableau, Unica,
  • Understanding of SQL and able to use the language to run database queries
  • Enjoys being part of an open, friendly team working towards common goals.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Japanese.
