My client is a cool fast-growing technology firm providing a platform applied to Digital Marketing, enabling clients to make sense of the multitude of data available from web analytics, social media, offline data etc. The solution is new to Japan and already is selling strongly, leading to a need to build a new post-sales services team. As a Project Manager, you will be able to talk "Digital Marketing" with your clients, and be able to effectively deploy the solution across multiple B2C industries. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and manage the relationship between Tealium and client during
    the initial implementation phase
  • Manage the entire implementation process including creating project
    timelines, maintaining project plan using project management
    software, and communicating on going status of all projects to
    management
  • Experience managing multiple, simultaneous projects with proven
    success with cross departmental cooperation
    •Work closely with Engineers and Digital Strategist to
    ensure all deliverables are met
  • Become a trusted advisor to guide clients to achieve their online
    business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Web Analytics
  • Enthusiasm about the culture of high growth companies
  • 3 - 5 years of Project Management/Implementation experience in
    related field
  • Ability to think creatively, own issues, and excel in high-stress
    situations
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills –
    both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams in a
    timely manner. This includes prioritizing and escalating important
    issues, providing ongoing status updates and properly managing
    expectations.
