More about the Role:
- Be responsible for developing Content Operation and Marketing Strategy as well as the implementation plan for the strategy
- Create and accumulate innovative ideas and methodologies for short-video contents operation, develop original style for contents
- Lead planning and execution for online/offline events for Japan;
- Play the role as product owner for Japan and work with product/technology team to develop or improve the brand in Japan from feature and other perspectives
More about the Successful Candidate:
- 5+ years internet contents business related experience or similar working experience in PGC or UGC video platforms would be a huge plus
- Fluent Japanese and English language skills, Chinese an asset
- Understanding of Japan contents business and be familiar with different marketing channels including TV, magazines, network, etc.
- Experience for leading large-scale online/offline events would be a plus
- Leader experience with developing business and team from zero would be a plus
- Understand young Japanese users’ preferences for contents
- Can work under pressure and be open for diverse culture, think out of box
