- Develop omnichannel business capabilities in CRM, brand commerce and marketing ecosystem that enables product sales, customer engagement, and consumer experience across channels.
- Collaborate with regional offices, business partners and other stakeholder to develop roadmaps, track budgets, timelines, rollout strategies, achieve KPIs and measure ROIs.
- Champion customer needs.
- Drive the creation of global brand and e-commerce strategy.
- Support cross functional team's digital execution strategies.
- Lead and steer major assignments towards departmental goals.
- Manage key business development projects from concept to execution.
- Establish standard operating procedure for effective communication, training and operations within the omnichannel team, for strategic and agile implementation.
- Plan and manage budgets across channels while achieving growth targets
- Establish high performance culture
Your Skills & Experience:
- Great project management skills
- At least 10 years of experience in omnichannel marketing that includes CRM, e-commerce, business intelligences and offline to online service development.
- At least 5 years of working experience in a leading role in an e-commerce environment.
- Media strategy and planning skills required
- Proven track record and demonstrated leadership of direct reports and indirect project teams
- Ability to work independently
- Creative thinker and multi-tasker with attention to details
- Must have a 'roll-up-your-sleeves' attitude
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and planning skills
- Strong knowledge of web technologies (CMS platforms, data base management, asset management tools, and / or Google analytics)
- Experience in consumer products, retails or service industry
- Excellent English and fluent Japanese preferred.
