We are looking for a Head of Digital Product Management who is ready to lead digital product/technology architectures, maintain ecosystems and develop strategic roadmaps. He/she strives to meet digital strategic/initiatives requirements, including product features, architecture, project backlogs, costing, resourcing and scheduling.
Work closely with relevant stakeholders/Digital Solution Delivery team & ensure related product/technology value propositions are established for new, existing & obsolete technology to enable decision choices that address business requirements. Ensure regular architecture design and integration by establishing associated process, policies, tools and standards that drive & govern project and solution reviews.
Lead and direct programs/project prioritizations across digital service team, interact with functional/business stakeholders to finalize and own the product release schedule, including cost, resource planning, functional specification documentation and scheduling release timing.
Lead and develop the technology architecture standards that can be leveraged across digital ecosystems, enforce and own standards and guidelines aiming to enhance speed and scalability of an integrated solution architecture with all parties, both local and global service providers.
Responsible for developing a flexible and continuously improve project delivery methodology, promote FFWD adoption where relevant for use within Digital Service Team.
Your Skills & Experience:
Define, plan and maintain digital product and projects to better support current and future needs of digital programs, cost, resourcing and releases plan. These cover an integrated digital product architecture for various digital channels, POE media, eCommerce order management, mobile/social channels, CRM, CDP, CMS and DAM, which include interfaces with ERP, Trade, external data providers, LSP and PSP.
Design, document and maintain the digital technology architecture, interfaces asset log & application architecture related to specific business/process areas. Ensure digital product roadmap alignment with direction of digital solution roadmap and architecture standards. Lead prioritization/releases planning and reviews session with business stakeholders. Maintain and regularly monitor release plan to align with business priorities.
As a Head within the Digital & IS team, participate and engage in business discussion with digital activation team, analyze, plan the overall digital product requirements and upgrade strategy to deliver the digital needs of business initiatives. Anticipate roadblocks and regularly provide update of product roadmaps, functional specification, cost, resource, release timing and progress within Digital & IS management team.
Manage and mentor all members of the Digital Product team, to ensure they deliver the digital product and project management capabilities to satisfy overall digital strategy, programs and business priorities. Ensure the team have, and inspire them to create, the space to deliver the most effective output and results. Work closely with teams to ensure good work/practice is put in place, highlighted and shared.
Develop, build and maintain an in-depth knowledge of each application layer (from network through data storage, integration with core services, various databases to application/analytical tools) and operational challenges (security, risk, quality of releases, system performance) to provide timely and relevant input of digital solution to meet business requirements.
Embed new ways of working in partnership with other functions to ensure all new programs and projects follow a structured methodology. Purpose being to effectively discover, define, design, deliver, deploy and create data to power insight and optimization.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop RFI/RFP documents for digital product/solution and participate in the reviewing of vendor submissions and preparing recommendations that meeting requirements
Champion and promote digital product roadmaps, project management practices and benefits/results to the organization and Functional Heads of Digital and IS team; develop and formulate communication plan articulating product roadmaps, architecture, service delivery processes, standards and adoption of project management practices. Activate and lead the feedback loops within Digital and IS team for continuous improvements, creativity and ideas generations.
College/University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
5-8+ years of relevant work experience in design, development, product management for B2B and B2C in high-technology/FMCG companies.
Experience in measuring program effectiveness and using data-driven metrics to achieve reliability and scalability. Previously managed a digital/IT team of at least 3-5 system architects/project delivery team/business analyst/data scientist.
Understanding of the importance of solution architecture management, digital product roadmap lifecycle and programs management.
