Position Responsibilities:

  • Collect consumer experience on a continuous basis, using SOPs
  • Analyze and report data that will be shared with senior leadership
  • Propose improvements to our processes and methodology to improve data quality and reduce costs
  • Work in collaboration with other members of the worldwide team

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or its equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience or a Master’s Degree and 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Prior experience in an international work environment in areas like management consulting, internal, technology, retail, consumer goods or research firms
  • Proficiency in analytical skills, and excellent attention to detail and good business judgement
