Due to continued growth, our Osaka office is currently looking for a Recruiting Manager to join the team.
Reporting to the Director, you are responsible for achieving the pre-determined gross margin and gross profit budgets in a commercial manner as well as originating and developing key relationships with small, medium and large corporates and organizations. You are to build profile and market awareness of Robert Half in Osaka through effective account / client / candidate management programs. You will work closely and align with other divisions of Robert Half and actively cross sell the business.
You will also manage, train and develop all consultants to achieve improved performance; and ensure Robert Half operating models are followed across all teams and actively participate in the management team objectives and initiatives.
You will have a proven track record of achievement and entrepreneurial business acumen. Personal dedication to excellence, initiative and integrity are essential qualities. Prior experience in the recruitment industry, a business to business sales environment or the technology industry is a distinct advantage.
