The Role

Our Financial Services division in Tokyo has an immediate need for a Recruiting Specialist to join the consistently growing flagship brand that has an extremely bullish outlook for the coming years. Your role will encompass all facets of banking operations recruitment from sourcing candidates, to prospecting for jobs, to putting the two together. Your role will be crucial in the continued success of the Financial Services division through developing and maintaining key candidate and client relationships.

Your Profile

We have had success in transforming the following 3 profiles into top performers in our organization worldwide through more than 60 years of experience:

  • Banking, Finance or Operations - those that are looking to transition their traditional accounting experience into a sales capacity
  • Recruitment experience - junior or senior level (accounting or finance recruitment isn't required)
  • Sales experience - ideally business to business sales in the finance industry

You will have a proven track record of achievement and business acumen. Personal dedication to excellence, initiative and integrity are necessary. Prior experience in banking operations, sales and/or professional services is an advantage.
