職務内容 :

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Liaising with clients regarding contract details (payment terms, contact details, etc.)
• Liaising with candidates regarding on boarding:
a.) Orientation: All on boarding documents collected and contract terms/processes/procedures
explained to consultants on billing during prior to start date
b.) Being the main point of contact for any questions or concerns the temporary staff may have
• Creating contracts for both the client side and candidate side
• All tracking to be done regarding contracts/details of client/candidate
• As a necessary component of a) and b), familiar and experienced in labor law and social
insurance/pension matters
• Timesheet collection of all temporary staff by specific deadline (needs to be done for internal
• Payroll supervision: Checking payroll firms figures and making sure deadlines are met

Others (When necessary):
• Entering candidate and client information on to the Robert Half database correctly
• Attending team meetings
• Any other ad-hoc company and team requests

• Native level Japanese, Business level English or above
• Our clients always need Japanese; English is also a must for liaison
• At least 3 years business experience in Japan
• Understanding of temporary staff handling
• Solid knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Perhaps most important--flexible personality—one who would thrive in an international fast paced environment
• Experience overseeing and directing the work of others preferred.

Other Requirements:
• Work overtime on occasion as requested.
• Provide coverage for other administrative positions.

What’s an Offer:
• Working hour 8:45am – 5:45pm
• Salary 4,000,000 – 4,500,000 JPY
