More about the role:
•Single point of technical contact with enterprise clients being responsible for proactive and maintenance activity on client support.
•Ensure the client engages fully with the solution generating comprehensive acceleration on business operations.
•Business development through client technical engagement.
•Client technical expectations management to create a long-term business relation.

More about the successful candidate:
•By the nature of the provided products, the successful candidate shall be hands-on technically and have high communication skills, not only for client facing purposes but also to ease communication within all team technical members
•Leadership mentality to approach client and team members with a win-win approach to constantly promote tight relations with key clients.
•5+ years’ experience in Technical Support roles in the IT space.
•Since clients are Japanese enterprises, Japanese language is a must. Business English.
